No hip CE armor. The knee CE location is too low and at beginning I can not get my legs go through. I have to take the knee CE armor out, seal it with my own cloth (for comfort), and insert it back after my legs are in position. After that it does work. pretty warm in -5c. I am Asian and the leg is a bit too long for me, but seems no other leg length choice for my waist size (38 inch).
