I ordered the small (6-8) for my daughter who is a 6x, and she swims in it. I'd guesstimate it's more the size of a 10-12.I have it pictured next to a size 6 that fits my daughter. I'll attempt to shrink it, but I'm not holding my breath. It will serve its purpose as a fun themed tee for her camping party next week, even if it is big.The shirt itself is well made, the colors are as pictured and the screen printing is excellent.In LOVE with these (I bought the pink one too) shirts. Fits true to size. I have a tall almost 4 year old and the 4T fits him perfect. Might be able to use a couple inches more in length, but not too short at the moment. It's super cute and very soft material. Just as pictured. I get tons of compliments on it.I was very pleasantly surprised at the great quality of these shirts.
