My younger teenage daughter prefers thongs but I have a hard time finding ones that I feel are appropriate for someone her age that she finds comfortable, let alone ones that are affordable. These were the perfect solution. I feel that even though they are thongs they are appropriate enough for someone her age (she's 14) and she says they are very comfortable. That's a big compliment coming from her since when she was 5 years old she went through a stage where she flat out refused to wear underwear because no matter what style or brand we bought she said they weren't comfortable enough. To this day she is picky about what underwear she wears. She has absolutely no complaints about these. Add that to the fact that the price is very low compared to many of the other brands we tried and it makes this choice a no brainer. Since I will likely be replacing these in the near future, which is due to the fact our dryer seems to eat underwear as well as socks and not a reflection of the product's quality, I will definitely be buying this item again.
