I bought this jacket for my trip to Newfoundland 6/15-6/22 where the temperature was in the 50s and 60s. It was the perfect weight. Did encounter some light rain; jacket seemed to be waterproof. The only negative about this jacket; it's not great for hiking as the jacket does not have great ventilation, and trapped in heat and sweat. Other than that, it is a great jacket.A little snug in the shoulders and the belly.. most likely due to the lining. Definite rain coat, wouldn't wear on a warm day. Nice for cool spring tho!Good quality jacket that kept me warm and dry in this wet spring weatherWhile the fabric is waterproof, the zipper on the front isn’t, nor is it protected from the rain, I’ve worn this jacket twice in the rain and have ended up soaking wet. I also dislike the lining as it clings to you when you’re wet.Loved this jacket. It comfortable, obviously waterproof, but as an added bonus it also blocked the wind! I bought it for trip to Iceland and it was very windy and this jacket blocked the wind. It was greatI bought this on a whim before my Alaska trip. It sits wells and protects you from rain. It is pretty thin so will not keep out the cold. Very useful for rain though.Worth more than the $44.00 I paid for it. Great quality. Feels comfortable. On the inside the lining allows itto be used as a light jacket you can wear even when it's not raining. Great purchase.Narrower around the bottom than expected. Material feels like rubber. Felt claustrophobic.
