A practical, oversized, button-down shirt, or almost. I got it because I thought it had interesting sleeves, and thought I would be able to see the cuffs on over puffy sleeves, but it doesn’t work that way. The sleeves are lovely and exaggerated, but are so heavy that they fall over the cuffs and look like bells on your arms. (It felt like the sleeve was double lined compared to the body of the shirt). I wanted the shirt to work, but no matter what I did with the sleeves, you don’t see the cuffs—the sleeve extended over the cuff by a couple of inches so the end of your arm is covered by fold of fabric from a very heavy sleeve. Not interesting, attractive, or even casual work professional. I’ve got long limbs so it wasn’t a fit issue—it is the way the shirt was made. I slept on it and returned this shirt. Then I found a similar shirt that had better sleeves for a fraction of the price. I don’t recommend this one.I like the style, it's well made, the material is nice, it's good quality. It runs large, not meant to be a form fitting blouse but medium is my normal size and it was quite large. I suggest buying down a size and it would be a nice addition to anyone's wardrobe.Most amazing blouse, SETA thank you
