I have not worn it yet during very cold weather however so far the fit is great and quality is perfect for a light to medium weight jacket. I hope to get a lot of use out of this.It worth the cost.I purchased this jacket to use when I hit the road early on chilly mornings with my motorcycle but knowing that it will be to hot later for a heavier jacket. When it does warn up, this jacket packs away nicely after I have had a nice toasty early ride. I ordered it a size larger so it would fit comfortable over my stuffed vest. I love the zip up neck for added warmth as it adds to the already warm and windproof jacket. It doesn't flap either when crusing.Breaks wind and repels water. I went a size up to 2xl so that I can fit a hoody under it to keep warmer. Under 32° you would need a hoody or thermal under.Very comfortable casual jacket for between season wear.Keeps me warm but it doesn't breathe well.This is my second identical jacket and it is the best mid-weight jacket I have ever owned. Water resistant (not proof), warm, and thin enough for layering.Comfortable jacket. Seems to absorb smells, however. For example, went to bakery and smelled like bread for the next couple days when wearing it. Must be something about the materials.
