So nice. I'd by anotherThis isn't nearly as heavy and warm as I was expecting after reading reviews. When you see it has bonded Sherpa fleece as a liner it makes you think that it will have some density to it. It doesn't! I was looking for something to replace my worn out Carhart insulated hoodie but this doesn't come close. That being said, it is a nice mid-weight hoodie. It seems very well made and the fit is perfect. I am 6'3" and weigh over 300lbs. The 3XL couldn't be a better fit. It still gives me room for some underlayering without being tight anywhere. If I had use for mid-weight hoodies, I would continue buying these but, I need to get heavy-weight extra warm ones for the outside work I do farming.I'm buying a second one to go with the grey one I bought about 6 months ago. Fleece lined all the way down the sleeves is very soft and nice. There is an extra "stash" pocket in the left hand warmer pocket. It has velcro to keep your stuff from falling out of the slash pockets, don' t remember that listed as a feature so, nice bonus. It is very watm if your are moving around, I usually have to unzip it somewhat. The zipper does stick a bit but I rubbed soap on it and it's fine now. It Does run a bit big and long but I like my sweats loose so works great for me. I like the waffle pattern and I didn't have the "picking up lint" problem some people mentioned.Fits as marked (my comfortable size is US L), feels like good quality fabric and overall construction, hood size perfectly - not a skull cap, not a spinnaker. My only gripe comes from the UV resistance. Couple of weeks after I started wearing this without the overcoat - in NYC, mind you, not Miami or Phoenix - I noticed a slight red hue appearing on previously pitch black jacket, just like on my black baseball hat but after months of exposure. This photo-bleaching is rather disappointing. I expect I'll have a reddish-black hoodie out of this soon...I had a magnificently thick and perfectly-fitting sherpa hoodie from Sonoma that I wore a hole through on the elbow. I loved that thing. So I went looking for an equally magnificent replacement...The Charles River hooded sweatshirt runs big. I ordered a medium, the same as my last hoodie, but it's significantly larger, with the bottom hem going 6 inches below my waistline, the sleeves about 2 inches too long, and the entire thing very baggy. The waffle-knit has a strong tendency to pick up and hold onto lint and hairs.I was hoping that the sleeves were sherpa-lined as well. They are, which is great. But the entire sweatshirt is much thinner than I was expecting. It's still warm, but not nearly as cozy as I was hoping. The zipper isn't terrible, but still isn't that smooth and regularly catches on itself. This isn't from getting caught on material, it's just not that smooth of a zipper.excellent sweatshirt! Finally one that is warm & fits like it's supposed to. most choices seem to be either lightweight junk or heavy/bulky jackets. this sweatshirt is exactly what I needed--a well-made lined sweatshirt that fits standard sizing. I work outside & needed something between a windbreaker & insulated coveralls. Bought a standard "Large" (44 chest, 34 waist) & it fits perfect. Clearly worth the price for the quality especially when compared to most other sweatshirts, especially even name-brandThis is the craziest, coldest spring ever and I had no light jacket. So I got this one. It's roomy and a bit long on me but it looks great and is very warm. I can wear layers of sweaters and shirts under it. I love the look and feel of it. It's lightweight and soft. It will go great in winter when I convert it into a liner for my winter coat. My only complaint is that it's a little long on me, but that's only because I'm a short woman and this really was made for a much taller man. But even so, so what? Now I have a 3/4 length jacket. So I'm happy.Update: So it's been about 8 weeks since I received this hoodie and I've been able to really try it out, and I have to say I am no longer happy with it. At first the really long vertical length of the hoodie didn't bother me enough to dislike it, but after using it all this time it's really starting to feel awkward and uncomfortable. it just feels like you're wearing a hoodie that's 3 sizes too big, and it's even worse when you zip it up.There's a similar problem with the sleeves, they are just way too long to really be comfortable. This wouldn't be as much of a problem if the wrist part of the sleeves that is supposed to stay in place when you roll it up still stayed in place, but it no longer does that. It's just.. loose and limp and falls right back down past my fingertips. I feel like a small child when I wear this now and it's not cool.---Old review: It's a pretty nice hoodie. It looks and feels nice in person, and it definitely keeps you warm in what I like to call "California Cold" weather. I would definitely not recommend this for areas with actual snow though, as it is a bit on the lighter side for "thermal" wear. It's also a lot longer vertically than the average hoodie, so if that sounds like it would annoy you I would think twice.I'm happy enough with it, but will most likely need something more heavy duty for when it's really cold.I like how it looks and fits my husband. Other reviewers were right, that the fit is larger. So I ordered a Medium instead of a Large and it fit perfectly.La tela es suave, esta gruesa, es comoda y abrigadora. Esta un poco grande. Me gustó mucho, espero comprar otra pronto.I bought one for my father, he asked me to buy another one. It's warm and not heavy. Excellent productgood qulaity but size was very large fit
