I can normally fit into a medium perfectly, but the large is too small. It is really tight fitting on me. I would order two sizes up from your normal size that fits you.These shirts were very soft, pretty thick. Slightly see through because they are white. They fit a little snug but that is as I expected for this style of shirt. I wear a 10/12 38c and ordered large, if you would like extra room size up.
